If this display is not working correctly, please check these connections:
1. Please make sure the network cable is connected to the display and network wall jack.

2. Unplug the power connection, wait 30 seconds, and then replug in the display.
3. Wait 5 minutes for the computer to reboot and reset.
4. If the display still does not function properly, please submit a request for service (below).
