Content Production Guide

The instructions below will help you prepare image and  video content for the H&M In-store Tripod (or QuadPod) LED Displays.

STILL IMAGES

Final image file resolution is 384 pixels wide x 648 pixels high.
File format – Jpg 72 dpi

VIDEO FILES

Final Resolution: 384 pixels wide x 648 pixels high
Mpeg file (“MP4”) – H264
NO AUDIO track
2GB maximum size per file
Bitrate Max 8mbps
(bitrate can be variable but should not exceed 8 mbit/s)

File Delivery

When the files are ready, please upload them to our file library. When you upload, please make sure you include your name and campaign name in the upload form.  You can also bookmark the link for later use.
